Review earlier
Identify potential Part B issues while the design is still flexible, not after key decisions are fixed.
We're opening FireRegs to a limited group of English architecture practices. Review project information, identify regulatory issues and produce clearer fire-safety documentation earlier in the design process.

What FireRegs does
FireRegs turns project information into a structured compliance workflow so design teams can spot issues, coordinate decisions and create clearer records before changes become expensive.
Identify potential Part B issues while the design is still flexible, not after key decisions are fixed.
Turn drawings and project information into a structured review instead of rebuilding the same evidence by hand.
Keep recommendations, decisions and fire-safety reporting connected in one consistent workflow.
Simple by design
A clear route from project information to structured compliance reporting.
Select the project and building details, then begin the guided workflow.
Is the building sprinkler protected?
Conditional questions appear based on the information already provided.
FireRegs applies the relevant calculation and compliance logic.
Review results and generate a report or submit for engineer review.
Compliance intelligence
FireRegs connects building information to the checks and report content it affects. It is a logic-driven workflow, not simply a form builder.
Connected compliance domains

Founding Access
We're selecting a small cohort of architecture practices that can test FireRegs on live work, share honest feedback and help us focus on the problems that matter most.

Questions
English architecture practices working on live projects and willing to share practical feedback as FireRegs develops.
A live or upcoming project is strongly preferred because it gives both your team and ours useful, real-world feedback.
No. FireRegs supports structured review and documentation. It does not replace competent professional judgement, and engineer review remains available where required.
We review every application individually. If there is a good fit, we will contact you to arrange a short conversation and agree next steps.
Commercial terms and founding pricing are discussed with selected practices before they commit. Applying does not create an obligation.
